With multiple new openings planned and a focus on strengthening existing stores, they are now looking for outstanding Store Managers to join them at a pivotal stage of growth.

With a salary of up to £42,000 and clear progression opportunities, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
The Ideal Store Manager
• Proven experience in a fast-paced QSR, coffee, or hospitality environment
• A strong leader who can motivate, develop, and inspire teams
• Commercially aware with experience managing P&L and hitting KPIs
• Hands-on and operationally strong, leading from the front during peak times
• High energy, outgoing, and passionate about customer experience
• Confident driving both performance and culture within a store
• Able to manage high-volume environments while maintaining standards and speed
