Punch Press Setter
10pm – 6am, Sunday-Thursday, with flexibility to work double day shifts, Mon-Fri (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)
Reading
£15 – £17.50 per hour + 20% uplift on night shift
Benefits: 5% performance related production bonus
Role & Responsibilities:
- Set and operate punch press machinery.
- Produce quality parts to production targets.
- Complete quality and process checks.
- Support team leadership when required.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 2 + years punch press setting and operating experience.
- Background working within a heavy manufacturing environment
- Reliable with good attendance and transport arrangements.
- Flexible to work permanent nights and shift changes.
- Strong communication skills with a stable work history.
