We’re partnering with an exciting and fast evolving food business that’s in significant brand transformation and growth phase. They’re now looking for a senior marketing leader to help define and deliver the next chapter of their customer and brand strategy.
This is a high impact role sitting at the heart of the business, responsible for leading Digital, Social, CRM, and PR – building a connected, modern marketing function that drives both brand love and commercial performance.
You will be shaping how the brand shows up across every customer touchpoint, from digital channels and social storytelling through to CRM journeys, partnerships, and earned media.
- Lead digital marketing strategy and performance
- Own social media strategy, content direction, and community growth
- Build and optimise CRM strategy to drive retention and lifetime value
- Oversee PR, brand storytelling, and external communications
- Develop integrated campaigns across digital, social, and partnerships
- Work closely with commercial, product, and operations teams
- Lead and develop a small, high performing marketing team
