Job Title: Financial Services Regulatory Associate (Advisory focus)- Elite US law firm
Salary: £200,000-£280,000
PQE Level: 2-4 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Role:
Non-contentious financial services regulatory with a focus on advisory matters
- FCA/PRA
- FSMA
- MiFID II
- AIFMD and related UK/EU regulations e.g. Consumer Duty, Mar

Successful candidate:
- 2-4QE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Must be working for a leading dedicated FS regulatory practice and have an advisory focus
- Must be working for a US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle law firm
- Strong academics
