I am hiring on behalf of a prestigious luxury boutique hotel seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and commercially focused culinary leader to oversee multiple dining outlets and banquet operations while delivering exceptional food quality and memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all culinary operations, including restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Develop seasonal menus while maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage food and labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and departmental budgets.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the culinary team while maintaining high performance standards.
- Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive operational success.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous Executive Chef experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing culinary teams.
- Proven knowledge of menu development, cost control, budgeting, and kitchen operations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional cuisine and creating memorable guest experiences.
