Job Title:             Events Coordinator – London Catering & Events Company

Salary:                 Up to £35K + Benefits

Location:             London

We are working with a unique and purpose-driven catering and events business seeking an Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of high-end events across some of London’s most prestigious venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food, hospitality, and events, looking to develop their career within a creative and meaningful organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event enquiries, administration, and client communication
  • Coordinate tastings, site visits, and venue meetings
  • Produce event paperwork, job sheets, and invoices
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support the planning and execution of bespoke events
  • Build strong relationships with venues and key accounts
  • Manage event budgets and ensure accurate quoting

About You

  • Previous experience within events or high-end catering
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event administration
  • Proactive, energetic, and detail-focused
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional events
