Job Title: Employment Associate- Boutique City firm
Salary: £65,000-£75,000
PQE Level: 3-4 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our longstanding client, a boutique City law firm, has a close-knit employment team that works with large corporates ordinarily found within Top 30 law firms and senior executives.
Working closely with the head of department, this is a rare opportunity to handle high quality work within a friendly and down-to-earth setting.
Contentious and non-contentious work including advising employers on grievance & disciplinary, policies & handbooks, TUPE, redundancies, handling employment tribunal claims, advising senior execs around settlement agreements and some transactional support.
The successful candidate will have 3-4 PQE gained within a UK law firm and will be a qualified solicitor in E&W.
