Director of Operations | Healthcare Catering
We’re partnering with an expanding healthcare catering provider to appoint an experienced Director of Operations to lead a large-scale, multi-site catering operation in Bahrain.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Extensive senior leadership experience within healthcare, hospital, institutional or contract catering.
- A proven track record managing large, multi-site catering operations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with responsibility for budgets, P&L, and operational performance.
- Experience leading large, diverse teams and developing high-performing operational cultures.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, HACCP, and healthcare compliance standards.
- The ability to build strong client relationships while consistently delivering service excellence.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience implementing operational efficiencies and best practices.

Salary package offered: BD2500 pm all inclusive plus family status and standard benefits
