Associate – Health & Care Regulatory – Bristol – 2+ Years PQE

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a leading Health and Care Regulatory team supporting organisations across health, social care, education and housing. The specialist team works nationally on a flexible hybrid basis and is known for delivering clear, practical and responsive advice.

The role offers exposure to a diverse and intellectually stimulating caseload, with a particular emphasis on advising and representing clients in the lead up to and during inquests. There will also be scope to contribute to wider work including Court of Protection matters, safeguarding, regulatory enforcement and children’s law.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied advisory and litigation caseload
  • Advocacy at inquests, Tribunals and Court of Protection hearings
  • Active involvement in client care and business development

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2+ PQE with experience in health and social care law
  • Proven experience supporting clients through inquests
  • Strong technical skills, sound judgement and a collaborative approach
  • A practical, commercial mindset and enthusiasm for professional development
