Description

  1. Develop and manage a portfolio of warm and cold trust and statutory funders (£10k-£100k).
  2. Identify new prospects, plan approaches, and write proposals and reports.
  3. Build and maintain strong donor relationships with a donor-centred approach.
  4. Review and revise the ‘small trust mailing’ process to maximize value.
  5. Monitor and report on income from the portfolio and monthly reforecasting.
  6. Contribute to budget setting and strategic planning for income generation.
  7. Lead and manage strategic projects within the Trusts & Statutory team.
  8. Develop and maintain an up-to-date case for support across key areas of work.
  9. Support the development of innovative fundraising projects and initiatives.
  10. Scan the external market for opportunities to grow trust income and improve fundraising strategies.
  11. Oversee compliance with grant agreements/contracts and GDPR regulations.
  12. Ensure adherence to Tommy’s Ethical Fundraising Policy.
  13. Meet annual income targets and ensure the ROI of fundraising activities.
  14. Win and maintain new partnerships, focusing on value and volume.
  15. Retain and renew existing partnerships effectively.
  16. Collaborate with internal teams, including Research, Policy & Information, Finance, and other fundraising teams.
  17. Make decisions regarding the funder portfolio in consultation with the Head of Trusts & Statutory.

Job Offer

  • Salary: £40,000 – £43,800 per annum.
  • Hybrid Working Model: Minimum 2 days per week in the office.
  • Career Development: Opportunities for training and career growth.
  • Paid Holidays: 25 days, increasing up to 30 days with service, plus bank holidays.
