We’re looking for a Special Events Manager for a one-of-a-kind private members’ resort community in Montana. This exclusive destination offers world-class amenities year-round-from luxury dining and spa experiences to golf and private ski lessons-all set against a breathtaking natural backdrop.

The Role
- Deliver outstanding guest service in a welcoming, professional environment
- Plan and execute events from start to finish, on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Lead and support the events team with clear direction and motivation
- Manage all event logistics, operations, and administrative tasks
- Oversee budgets and ensure cost-effective event execution
- Maintain safety, security, and a positive work culture
What they are looking for:
- Experience in special events, catering sales, or event management, ideally within a private club or similar setting
- Creative and passionate event planner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of event marketing and promotion, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems; experience with Tripleseat is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
