We are partnering with a celebrated and bustling all-day restaurant in central London, renowned for its outstanding home-grown British produce and vibrant atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to take a pivotal role in a kitchen that is pushing boundaries in sustainability!

The Restaurant:

• Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner service

• Proven experience in high-volume, quality-driven kitchens
