A leading national law firm, consistently recognised in Chambers and the Legal 500, is looking to appoint a solicitor to its growing Property Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a department known for its breadth of work and technical strength.
The Role
You’ll be involved in a wide range of contentious property matters, including:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Property-related insolvency
- Contractual disputes and construction litigation
- Advisory work across complex real estate issues
- The team acts for a varied and high-profile client base, including national retailers, leisure operators, institutional landlords, developers, local authorities, and public sector bodies-offering exposure to both challenging and rewarding work.
The Candidate
- We’re seeking a solicitor with:
- Strong file management and client-handling skills
- Some experience in property litigation or a clear interest in developing in this area
- A proactive, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contentious work
