As Senior Credit Controller, you will take ownership of managing overdue accounts, minimising credit risk, and driving efficient debt collection processes.
Description
Key responsibilities of a Senior Credit Controller:
- Manage the full credit control cycle, including credit risk assessment, invoicing, and collections
- Effectively managing customer payments
- Liaise with customers to resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans
- Prepare regular reports on aged debt analysis for senior management
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to support credit policies and procedures
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate action
Profile
The successful Senior Credit Controller will have:

Proven experience as a Credit Controller

Strong knowledge of credit control processes and relevant legislation

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Confident in dealing with challenging customers and situations
