Senior Associate – Contentious Trusts & Estates

A leading Top 100 law firm in Bristol are on the lookout for an experienced Senior or Managing Associate (7+ years PQE) to join their tier 1 ranked Contentious Trusts & Estates team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a standout specialist team known for its expertise in navigating complex, high-value disputes within the Private Wealth space. From will challenges and Inheritance Act claims to trustee disputes and professional negligence arising from estate administration, you’ll be working on a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload from day one.
Our clients range from high-net-worth individuals and business owners to charities, trustees, and landowners giving you exposure to a broad spectrum of work and a varied caseload.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, well-respected team that punches above its weight and is known for delivering exceptional results.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in contentious Private Wealth work
- Strong technical expertise in trust and estate disputes
- A confident communicator with a natural ability to build client relationships
- Commercially astute, with a proactive approach to business development
- Organised, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities
- A team player who thrives in a supportive, high-performing environment
