Residential Property Conveyancer
Location: Plymouth

Are you passionate about residential property law and ready to take the next step in your conveyancing career? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected team known for its client-first approach.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced conveyancing professionals and dedicated support staff delivering top-tier service across the full spectrum of residential transactions. From shared ownership and new builds to remortgages and private drainage agreements, you’ll gain real exposure to a wide array of matters and hands-on experience from day one.

The Role
This is an ideal opportunity if you’re part-qualified or actively working towards qualification (CLC, CILEx or Solicitor) or even newly qualified and looking to grow within a welcoming, well-established team.

  • Build your own caseload at a pace that suits your current experience
  • Get tailored support from experienced conveyancers eager to mentor and guide
  • Handle the full lifecycle of residential transactions, including leasehold, shared ownership, equity release, and more
  • Benefit from strong oversight and professional development pathways, with flexibility to suit your learning journey

About You:

  • Are on track to qualify or have recently completed legal training (CLC, CILEx, or Solicitor)
  • Have some hands-on conveyancing experience, through training or previous roles
  • Communicate clearly, with empathy and professionalism
  • Take initiative in learning and supporting others
  • Thrive in a friendly, collaborative team
