My client is a highly regarded firm, recommended by both The Legal 500 and Chambers, and recognised as one of the leading practices in the region across a broad spectrum of services and specialisms. They are currently looking to recruit a junior commercial property solicitor to join their top-tier team-an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a busy and ambitious department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, development projects, and more.
- Collaborating on high-value transactions as part of a team, while also taking ownership of individual files where appropriate.
- Participating in business development initiatives, client seminars, and networking events.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
