A top L500 national firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Partner to join its well-established practice. This is a key strategic hire and the incoming partner will inherit and build upon a portfolio of longstanding institutional relationships, with the full support of a respected team and strong internal infrastructure.

The Role
You’ll play a central role in the firm’s real estate offering, advising on complex and high-value matters for a sophisticated client base. The work spans:

  • Strategic property advice for educational and charitable institutions
  • Commercial development and asset management
  • Land transactions and portfolio management

The Candidate
We’re seeking a seasoned real estate partner with:

  • Demonstrable gravitas and market presence
  • A track record of advising institutional clients or comparable high-value portfolios
  • The credibility to inspire confidence among senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset and appetite for leadership
