Real Estate Associate – Bristol
Fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join a renowned and Legal 500 recognised UK Real Estate department to handle all aspects of commercial property across various sectors.
Practice Areas:
- Real estate investment
- Development and regeneration
- Retail, corporate occupiers, hotels and leisure
- Property management
- Support for corporate and insolvency teams on M&A and restructuring
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years PQE, specialising in transactional real estate matters with strong technical expertise in investment, corporate occupier, development, and retail work. Solid understanding of commerial property law, excellent drafting skills, and a proven track record of handling a variety of commercial property transactions within a fast-paced environment is essential.
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing positively to the overall success of the firm.
