A reputable business based in Aldershot offering a comprehensive range of services.

Description

  • Processing supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and reconciling statements

  • Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and resolving any discrepancies

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and updating the purchase ledger

  • Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting

  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries

  • Supporting the finance team with additional administrative duties as required

  • May be working towards an accountancy degree

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience as a Purchase Ledger Assistant and in the above and be on short notice.
