Top 100 law firm looking for an experienced property disputes partner to lead complex matters and drive business growth in their Bristol office.
The role:
- Lead on high-value, challenging property dispute cases.
- Supervise and develop junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
- Drive business development and sector growth.
- Deliver thought leadership and stay ahead of market/legal changes.
- Manage client feedback processes and implement improvements.
- Ensure team profitability, effective cost management, and KPI delivery.
About you:
- Significant experience in commercial property disputes.
- Proven track record in business development.
- Excellent client management skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage performance.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Client following and clear business plan.
