Top 100 law firm looking for an experienced property disputes partner to lead complex matters and drive business growth in their Bristol office.

The role:

  • Lead on high-value, challenging property dispute cases.
  • Supervise and develop junior team members.
  • Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
  • Drive business development and sector growth.
  • Deliver thought leadership and stay ahead of market/legal changes.
  • Manage client feedback processes and implement improvements.
  • Ensure team profitability, effective cost management, and KPI delivery.

About you:

  • Significant experience in commercial property disputes.
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Excellent client management skills with a focus on service excellence.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage performance.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Client following and clear business plan.
