Description

  • Provide efficient administrative support to the HR department.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing relevant correspondence.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle payroll functions and ensure accurate and timely processing.

Profile

A successful People Administrator should have:

  • A solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent abilities in MS Office, HR software and databases.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • A degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
