We’re partnering with a leading global law firm renowned for its expertise in insurance litigation. This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven fee earner to step into a dynamic role, managing a broad spectrum of motor injury claims from straightforward small claims to more intricate fast-track disputes all while working closely with some of the UK’s most prominent motor insurers.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in litigation strategy, negotiation, and case progression all within a supportive, high-performing legal environment and be part of a nationally recognised team with a strong track record of success, including landmark outcomes in multi-claimant motor injury cases. Expect exposure to high-profile clients and real opportunities to make your mark.
The team works across the UK and the successful candidate will be joining colleagues who are passionate about delivering smart, effective solutions for:
- Leading UK insurers

Candidate requirements
Whether you’re just starting out or already building your litigation career, we welcome applications from all experience levels. Ideally, you’ll have:
- 0-2 years’ experience in a litigation role
- Exposure to motor injury or recovery work (claimant or defendant)
- Strong client-handling and case management skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confident negotiation abilities
