IT Support – New York City, NY – $65,000 to $85,000 DOE
We’re partnering with a prestigious new private members’ club to find a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join their team. This role offers the chance to manage day-to-day technology operations, ensuring seamless performance across all systems while providing hands-on support to staff and members. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about IT and service, looking to grow and make an impact in a refined, high-caliber environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a IT Service Desk environment, preferably in a high end, luxury space.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and support a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to responsive, user-focused support.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware troubleshooting, and support best practices.
- Proactive and solutions-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
- Experience with service desk tools and systems; familiarity with Active Directory and platforms like Halo ITSM is a plus.
