Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of acquisition financings and refinancings.

- Collaborate on cross-border transactions with colleagues across multiple practice areas.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and trainees.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE in infrastructure finance, including acquisition financings and refinancings.
- Exceptional technical, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and supervise junior colleagues.
