Description
* Assist in the administration of employee wellness schemes.
* Support the recruitment process by advertising positions, drafting job descriptions, liaising with agencies, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
* Prepare documents for new staff and assist in the onboarding programme.
* Help in delivering and organising training across the firm.
* Maintain compliance and client care records, organise compliance reviews, and meetings.
* Assist in the preparation for Practising certificates, accreditation renewals, and insurance renewals.
Profile
- HR experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective planning and task prioritisation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work well within a team or with various stakeholders.
- Can commute to Coventry
