Description
A Head of People to:
- Lead a small HR team in this newly established role, provide strategic leadership and direction to the wider organisation
- Lead on HR initiatives and projects, such as change management, engagement, well-being
- Lead on Reward activity
- Support the team with payroll and pensions activity
- Specific role duties and projects to be discussed
Profile
A Head of People with:
- Previous line management experience
- Previous experience supporting a community based organisation desirable
- Previous NFP experience essential
- Previous experience managing payroll essential
Job Offer
Head of People
London based – hybrid working
Up to £65,000 per annum
