Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to drive growth, elevate the brand, and create campaigns that inspire thousands of guests each year.

This is a high-impact role where you will shape and deliver a dynamic, multi-channel marketing strategy to attract new audiences, increase revenue, and position the park as a premier destination for families and visitors throughout the year.

The role:

  • Lead and mentor a creative marketing team.
  • Deliver bold, multi-channel campaigns (digital + traditional).
  • Own the brand, media, and PR presence.
  • Manage a marketing budget with clear ROI.
  • Be part of the senior leadership team, helping shape the future vision. 

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ senior marketing leadership in leisure, tourism, or attractions.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, brand growth, and campaign delivery.
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic, creative thinker with commercial acumen.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in public speaking and regional tourism networks.
