Overview
I’m working with a leading lifestyle hotel in Amsterdam Oost, known for its creative design and high-volume operation. They’re looking for a Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function on-site, working closely with the GM and group finance. This is a key role for someone hands-on, analytical, and confident managing end-to-end hotel finance.

Your Experience:
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Accountant in hospitality
- Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Able to handle CIT returns, city tax, statements, cash flow, and reporting
- Comfortable working solo and owning the full finance function
- Confident building budgets, forecasts, and working with auditors
- Based in or willing to commute to Amsterdam Oost 5 day’s per week.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with PE-backed or international brands
- Comfortable liaising with group finance and adapting to fast-paced change
