Our client is a leading name in the workd of PSV. Due to an internal restructure and continued progression of internal staff, they are currently looking for an Engineering Manager at their site in Bedford. The role is open to people with managemet experience or people with an involvement in supervision/ team leading in a heavy vehcile maintenance and repair environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 35 crossd various divisions
- Allocate and manage daily workload
- Ensure compliance to UK regulation and laws
- Provide technical expertise in Heavy Vehicle Engineering
- Support on continuous improvements and projects
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in an engineering role within heavy vehicles, PSV, trucks, buses etc.
- Experience in a supervisory/management role
- An NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Engineering is beneficial- but similar qualiications/ time-served experience will also be considered
