Employment Lawyer – Bristol
We are instructed by a leading regional firm with an outstanding reputation who are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEx to join them in their Bristol office. Whether you’re looking for hybrid flexibility or prefer fully remote, this role can be shaped around you.
You’ll take ownership of a dynamic caseload of legal expense insurer files and support non-contentious employment work. There’s also potential for supervisory responsibility, depending on your experience and interests.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle a diverse Employment Tribunal caseload, from pleadings and witness statements to settlements and advocacy support
- Advise clients on complex claims and workplace issues with clarity and confidence
- Draft contracts, policies, and handbooks, and deliver proactive advice to commercial clients
Requirements
- A legal qualification (Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEx) and solid grounding in employment law
- Confidence in managing your own caseload and making strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
- A hands-on, positive attitude and a genuine interest in client service
