Development (Plot Sales) Fee Earner – Gloucester
Join a nationally recognised property team working with major developer clients including FTSE100 companies and 5-star rated housebuilders. You’ll be part of a friendly, high-performing department with over 20 specialists, delivering top-tier residential development work in a supportive environment.
The Role
- Manage plot sales from site setup to completion
- Draft contracts, transfers, leases, and part-exchange documents
- Handle infrastructure agreements and easements
- Liaise with buyers’ solicitors and report to clients
- Oversee SDLT returns, registrations, and billing targets
- Supervise junior team members and contribute to team success
- Advise on all legal matters post-acquisition
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx from NQ – 2 PQE
- Solid property law experience (residential or commercial) – development-specific experience not required
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
- Strong communication and organisational skills
