Development (Plot Sales) Fee Earner – Gloucester

Join a nationally recognised property team working with major developer clients including FTSE100 companies and 5-star rated housebuilders. You’ll be part of a friendly, high-performing department with over 20 specialists, delivering top-tier residential development work in a supportive environment.

The Role

  • Manage plot sales from site setup to completion
  • Draft contracts, transfers, leases, and part-exchange documents
  • Handle infrastructure agreements and easements
  • Liaise with buyers’ solicitors and report to clients
  • Oversee SDLT returns, registrations, and billing targets
  • Supervise junior team members and contribute to team success
  • Advise on all legal matters post-acquisition

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx from NQ – 2 PQE
  • Solid property law experience (residential or commercial) – development-specific experience not required
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
