This exciting opportunity is perfect for an ambitious Associate with 4+ years’ PQE to work on high-profile, large-scale investment transactions across cutting-edge sectors. You’ll gain exposure to corporate real estate joint ventures and investment platforms in asset classes such as data centres, PBSA, logistics, and light industrial sites.
In this role, you’ll advise on complex joint ventures, distressed assets, and alternative investments, while driving business development and fostering lasting client relationships. Your expertise in drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements will have a direct impact on the team’s success and reputation. Collaborating with industry-leading partners and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, you’ll help shape the future of corporate real estate investments.
