Are you ready to take the next step in your career? A leading international law firm is seeking a talented associate to join its highly regarded Corporate Finance team in London. This is a chance to work on complex, high-profile transactions within a collaborative and market-leading practice.
About the Role:
As a mid-level associate, you will focus on private M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations across key sectors such as Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Technology, and Corporate Real Estate. You’ll draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage client relationships, and provide commercially driven legal advice.
The team is known for its entrepreneurial approach and expertise in handling sophisticated cross-border transactions. You’ll also contribute to business development initiatives and work closely with colleagues across the firm’s global network.
About You:
Stellar academics and qualified in England & Wales
Minimum of 2 years’ PQE from a top-tier international or City law firm.
Extensive experience in private M&A, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.
Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and clear communication abilities.
A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers hybrid working arrangements and the flexibility to balance office and remote work.
