Commercial Property Solicitor – Manchester
This leading UK firm is seeking an Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate team.
They are looking for a diligent and motivated Associate to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment, gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for real estate law to develop their skills within a dynamic and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and due diligence for real estate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, license agreements, and property contracts
- Advising clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters
- Assisting with property finance, development, and portfolio management matters
- Supporting senior team members in case management and client relationship management
- Keeping abreast of changes in real estate law and advising clients on regulatory developments
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 0-6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property
- Strong understanding of property law and regulations in the North West region
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Day-to-day
- Collaborating with partners, associates, and paralegals on real estate transactions
- Attending client meetings, negotiations, and property site visits
- Managing workload effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Participating in internal trainings and professional development activities
- Engaging with the wider legal community through networking and knowledge sharing

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £60000 – £85000 per annum
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
