We’re looking for a dynamic Commercial Property Partner to join one of the UK’s most respected and well-established real estate teams. With a strong national presence and top-tier rankings in both Chambers and Legal 500, this property division is known for delivering first-class service across the full spectrum of commercial real estate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a market-leading housebuilder team, advising major national clients on complex and high-value residential development projects. The team works across every stage of the process from land acquisition and planning through to construction, site set-up and plot sales. Highly respected, the team act for three of the UK’s five largest housebuilders.
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with commercial property partners who are passionate about the residential development sector and bring:
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality legal advice to housebuilders or landowners.
- A portable client following, or experience working with a firm on the panel of one of the key PLC housebuilder clients.
- Deep sector credibility, commercial acumen and excellent client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to win and grow business, backed by a solid billing history and business development plan.
- At least 10 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property-although candidates with less PQE can be considered if they can bring the right energy, connections, and outlook.
