Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Exeter

A leading regional firm in the Southwest are looking for a confident, driven Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join their busy, well-regarded Commercial Litigation team based in Exeter.

This is a great opportunity to get stuck into high-quality work from day one. The team is known for its strong rankings in Legal 500 and Chambers, handling a wide range of complex disputes, from contractual and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, regulatory issues, and judicial reviews. You’ll also have the chance to be involved in specialist areas like sports, marine, energy, waste, insolvency, and business risk, with guidance from experts in each field.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, experienced team that values personal development. It’s a place where you’re supported to grow, take responsibility early, and work directly with clients across a broad spectrum from start-ups and individuals to banks, global corporates and public bodies.

What You’ll Bring
To be considered you will be a qualified lawyer (NQ to 3 years PQE) with solid experience in commercial litigation and exposure to a variety of disputes.
In addition, you will be:

  • An excellent communicator, capable of building strong client relationships.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills, handling competing priorities effectively.
  • Commercially minded, working well both independently and collaboratively, contributing to a strong team dynamic.
