Description
- Providing first-class customer service relating to resolving any non/under-paying customers
- Managing cases of high value accounts in arrears across a range of circumstances
- Dealing with high-volumes of outbound and inbound calls, creating bespoke letter and email content with high levels of care, awareness and accuracy
- Building positive relationships with their merchants in order to achieve positive outcome
- Negotiate, implement and execute positive solutions with the Merchants circumstances in mind, while balancing the best interests of the business
- Work with a wide range of teams within the company to understand, strategise and implement the most appropriate course of action for each account
- Working closely with Team Leaders and Collections & Recoveries Management to help review and develop the wider recovery strategies
Profile
- 3+ years experience within Credit Control/Collections/Debt Recovery
- Highly reliable, organised and adaptable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team-player mindset
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong work ethic
- Good working knowledge of insolvency
- Experience with legal escalation in late arrears
