Chief Engineer – 5-Star Luxury Resort | Caribbean
A prestigious 5-star luxury resort in the Caribbean is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to lead our engineering and maintenance operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class property in one of the most desirable island destinations.
Key Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in 5-star luxury resorts

Caribbean or remote island experience is essential

Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems

Hands-on, solutions-driven leader with excellent team management skills
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and energy systems across the resort

Lead, train, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team to ensure high performance and safety standards

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life

Manage departmental budgets, capital projects, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Collaborate with resort leadership to support sustainability initiatives and maintain 5-star guest satisfaction
What We Offer:

Competitive salary: USD $85,000 – $95,000
