We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our clients team in the fast-paced FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate and deliver high-quality bids within specified timelines.

Description
- Coordinate and manage the bid process from start to finish.
- Compile, edit and proofread commercial proposals to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Work closely with various internal teams to gather necessary information for bids.
- Maintain and update a library of company data and documents relevant to bids.
- Track and report on bid outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide support to the Marketing department on related tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the bid process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform bid strategies
Profile
A successful Bid Coordinator should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in bid coordination within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Job Offer
