BeeU Neuro Developmental Pathway at Severnfields are looking for a Community Nurse to join their team for approx. 12 weeks.
- Band 6 – Community Nurse
- Full time
- Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
- Location: Severnfields
- Understanding of ASD and ADHD
- Ability to triage referrals and communicate rational
- Start as soon as possible for 12 weeks
- Remote working available
Responsible for:
- Parental discussions to allow for a full triage to occur
- Neurodevelopmental screening of referrals
- Liaison with schools and other professionals
- Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Record writing to ensure communication
- The ability to communicate the outcome of triage to the referrer
