Job Title: Private Equity Tax Senior Associate – Mid- Market City law firm
Salary: £115,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 8+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our longstanding client is a highly regarded mid-market City law firm.
Role:
The team has a strong private equity tax practice, and you work will include:
- Advising on PE structuring including acquisitions and disposals
- Reorganisations
- Exit planning
- Financing
- Formation of funds

Successful candidate:
- Minimum 6 PQE, ideally England & Wales qualified solicitor
- At least 6 years UK Private Equity tax experience gained within a US/MC/SC law firm
