Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Associate (Funds)- Global City law firm
Salary: £115,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 8+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our longstanding client is a highly regarded global City law firm.
Role:
The team has a strong funds tax practice, and you work will include:
- Fund formation and structuring
- Transactional support
- Carried interest
- Advice on investments into existing fund structures

Successful candidate:
- Minimum 6 PQE, ideally England & Wales qualified solicitor
- At least 6 years UK Funds tax experience gained within a US/MC/SC law firm
