Part-Time HR Manager
Wandsworth

Up to £30,000 (Pro Rata)
I’m working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, standalone role with plenty of autonomy.
You will be joining a successful and growing consumer brand, taking ownership of all aspects of HR for a close knit UK team of 18 employees. This is a true generalist position where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.
The role will include:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, from contracts and onboarding through to offboarding
- Leading performance reviews, PDPs and employee development
- Providing day to day HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Ensuring HR policies and processes are effective and compliant
- Acting as the go-to person for all HR matters across the business
The details:
- Up to £30,000 (pro rata)
- 2 days per week (ideally Wednesday & Thursday)
- Based in Wandsworth
- Standalone HR position
- Supporting a UK team of 18
- Ideally suited to someone who invoices via their own limited company, although payroll can also be considered
This role would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys working independently, thrives in a hands on environment, and wants the flexibility of a part-time position while making a genuine difference.
