Job Title: General Manager – Events & Hospitality
Salary: Up to £60,000 + benefits
Location: London
My client is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the catering and hospitality operation at a leading London events venue. Delivering a busy programme of corporate events, conferences and private functions, you’ll take ownership of operations, team leadership, client relationships and commercial performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of conferences, corporate events and hospitality
- Manage client relationships and event operations
- Oversee staffing, suppliers, logistics and venue standards
- Drive commercial performance, budgets and labour costs
- Ensure excellence in Health & Safety, compliance and service delivery
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
What You’ll Bring
- Senior management experience in events, venues, hospitality or contract catering
- Strong operational and commercial leadership
