Director of Business Development – APAC
A confidential opportunity has arisen with a leading international hospitality investment group seeking an exceptional Director of Business Development to drive the global expansion of a portfolio of premium hospitality and F&B brands.
This is a high-impact role focused on identifying strategic growth opportunities, securing landmark locations, and developing long-term partnerships that enable capital-light international expansion. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead complex commercial negotiations, build relationships with global developers, hotel groups, integrated resorts, travel and leisure partners, and play a key role in shaping the group’s worldwide growth strategy.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Extensive business development experience within luxury hospitality, F&B, hotels, real estate or lifestyle brands in the APAC region.
- A strong international network across developers, landlords, hotel groups, travel, leisure and hospitality operators.
- Proven success securing high-value management, franchise, licensing or joint venture agreements.
- Outstanding commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to open doors and close strategic deals.
- Experience expanding brands across multiple international markets.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial acumen and willingness to travel extensively.
