Our longstanding client, a prestigious mid-sized City law firm is going through an exciting growth phase and is on an upwards trajectory.
Role:
Broad range of planning matters include:
- Assist with planning appeals and enforcement
- Section 106
- Planning strategy
- Highways and public law advice
- Infrastructure agreements
- Corporate support regarding planning implications of corporate and real estate transactions
- Researching planning law matters including compulsory purchase and environmental
