Operations Director – UK&I – Up to £120k + package
The role of Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operation of a unique and varying, food production led catering operation with sites in England, Scotland and Ireland.
About the role:
There is a great team of General Managers reporting in and an established structure in place. It will be imperative that you have experience in multi-site Contract Catering or a large scale food production setting in a senior capacity. There will be a requirement for travel throughout the region, flexibility around this is important.
Stakeholder management will play a key part so not only will you be experienced in managing and leading teams but your history of client relationships will be key. The growth potential is huge and you will play a major part in bidding and developing new contracts as this sector of the business grows.
Ideal Operations Director:
- You will come from a senior background within a Contract Catering or multi-site food production
- Flexible in your approach and time
- Experience in all due diligence, COSHH and Health & Safety
- Can cope under pressure and have experience in working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent at building and maintaining relationships within your team and with clients
- A strong work ethic is required
- Strong financial understanding and budgetary experience
- Easy access daily to either London, Glasgow or Dublin
