Food & Beverage Manager – Bermuda
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join a leading multi-unit hospitality operation in Bermuda.
This newly created leadership role will oversee front-of-house operations across a diverse portfolio including casual dining, fine dining, cafés, bakery, sushi, catering, and private events. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you’ll lead a team of approximately 250 employees and play a key role in driving operational excellence as the business continues its expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop front-of-house operations across multiple venues.
- Implement and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and service excellence.
- Develop beverage, cocktail and wine programmes.
- Manage supplier relationships, purchasing and commercial negotiations.
- Deliver training and coaching to build high-performing teams.
- Work closely with the Corporate Executive Chef and operations leadership to enhance the guest experience.
About You
- Proven multi-site Food & Beverage management experience.
- Strong wine knowledge and beverage expertise.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and training skills.
- Commercially astute with experience in purchasing and supplier negotiations.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
