Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates.

Monitor vital signs, manage specialized neonatal equipment (incubators, ventilators), and administer complex medications.

Respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions and collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary neonatal team.

Provide compassionate support and guidance to anxious parents and families.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of one year of recent experience working within a NICU setting (Level II, III, or IV).

Licensure: Active and unrestricted NMC registration.

Certifications: Up-to-date Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and BLS certifications.

Availability: Ready to start ASAP with a reliable, professional, and adaptable work ethic.

Shift Patterns: Days, Nights, and Weekends available
